Amy Bransky is a multi talented artist who was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She’s been dancing her way through life since she was two, first with ballet and tap, then adding piano and violin at age three.

By the time she could walk, competitive dance took over her life (she was basically living at the studio) and she even helped teach classes! Meanwhile, she was juggling gymnastics, violin, piano festivals, and writing her own music. In her first introduction to theatre, Amy even put her gymnastics skills to use as a “tumbling orphan” in a local production of Annie. But it wasn’t until later that she realized theater was the perfect mix of everything she loved.

In 7th grade, she went full speed ahead and took music classes at her local community college, where she worked on a music associate’s degree, dabbled in composition and theory, and rocked out as the lead singer in the TRI-C community college pop/ rock band! By high school, she was like, “Why not combine all my passions?” and went to The Academy for the Performing Arts in Chagrin Falls to really dive deep into theater.

Now, Amy is finishing up her senior year at Shenandoah Conservatory (class of 2025) pursuing her BFA in Musical Theatre.

When she’s not on stage, she’s busy having a blast with her two cats, Fosse and Mr. Kitty, snapping disposable pictures, doing craft projects that probably involve the color pink or glitter, and thrifting like a pro. Oh, and let’s not forget cheering on the Cleveland Browns and hunting down the best coffee shop in town. She can also be spotted at pilates or Barre3 classes Monday through Friday.
